A former collegiate lacrosse player, Ginger knows what it takes to train at a high level, push past limits, and develop the mental and physical toughness needed to excel in sports and life. Her approach emphasizes proper movement, smart training, and a strong community where every member is supported and challenged to be their best.

Having faced lifelong struggles with weight, she is passionate about helping others discover their love for fitness and embrace life to the fullest. Katie encourages her clients to listen to their bodies, speak up for themselves, and train for longevity. She is dedicated to guiding and supporting them every step of the way.

Coach Mike is the Olympic Weightlifting and Athletic Performance Coach at Iron Valor CrossFit and the Director of Athletic Performance/Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Lynn University. With experience coaching at top institutions like the University of Texas, University of Miami, San Jose State University, and with the Baltimore Orioles, Mike has designed strength, conditioning, and speed programs for athletes across various sports. He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Science and certifications from the NSCA and USAW, bringing expert-level knowledge to both general and athletic populations.

Whether in class or at an open gym, Brian is dedicated to helping others develop their skills and form meaningful relationships.
