We Did It, IRON Valor Fam.
One year. 365 days of early alarms, chalk-dusted bars, and battles won against the whiteboard. On April 18th, we put down the barbells and picked up something even more important — each other. Our first anniversary celebration was everything we hoped it would be: loud, warm, full of good energy, and a genuine reminder of why Iron Valor CrossFit is so much more than a gym.
From the moment doors opened to the last laugh shared before closing, the community showed up exactly the way it always does — with heart. Whether you've been here since the very first barbell hit the floor or you're just a few weeks into your Valor journey, Saturday proved one thing clearly: this place belongs to all of you.
