The Open is Coming: Friday Night Lights at Iron Valor CrossFit!
The loudest, sweatiest, and most inspiring three weeks of the year are officially upon us. Whether you’ve been training with us since day one or you’re just starting your fitness journey, it’s time to gear up.
Iron Valor CrossFit is officially hosting our first-ever CrossFit Open!
What is "The Open"?
For the uninitiated, the CrossFit Open is a global celebration of fitness. Over three weeks, hundreds of thousands of athletes around the world perform the same workout. It’s about testing your limits, hitting PRs you didn’t know you had, and—most importantly—having a blast with your community.
At Iron Valor, we’re taking the intensity up a notch with Friday Night Lights (FNL).
The Schedule: Friday Night Lights
We are turning our Friday nights into a full-blown festival of fitness. We’ll have the music loud, the energy high, and food trucks parked outside to fuel your recovery (or just provide a well-earned post-workout treat).
Mark your calendars for these three Friday nights:
- Week 1: February 27th
- Week 2: March 6th
- Week 3: March 13th
Whether you are competing in the Rx division, Scaled, or just want to cheer on your friends, the atmosphere is going to be electric.

You don't have to be a regular at Iron Valor to experience the magic of the Open. We are opening our doors to non-members and drop-ins who want to participate in the Open or just see what our community is all about.
If you’ve been curious about CrossFit, there is no better time to come by, grab some food, and witness the "Iron Valor" spirit in action.
How to Join the Leaderboard
Ready to make it official? Registration is live! When you sign up, you’ll be able to track your scores against athletes worldwide and see your progress year over year.

- Fill out your profile.

Select "Iron Valor CrossFit" as your affiliated gym.
By selecting us as your affiliate, you’ll show up on our internal gym leaderboard so we can celebrate every rep together.
