Iron Valor CrossFit is officially hosting our first-ever CrossFit Open!

Week 1: February 27th (4:00 PM)
Week 2: March 6th (4:00 PM)
Week 3: March 13th (4:00 PM)
Registration is live! When you sign up, you’ll be able to track your scores against athletes worldwide and see your progress year over year. We are turning our Friday nights into a full-blown festival of fitness. We’ll have the music loud, the energy high, and food trucks parked outside to fuel your recovery

CrossFit
Our CrossFit class offers a blend of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, & Monostructural (cardio) pieces. Each day includes a warm-up, Strength or Skill, and W.O.D. (Workout of the Day.)
Weightlifting
This class focuses on improving athlete’s strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Each day includes a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work.
Recovery
Indulge in our cold plunge and Sauna for refreshing recovery sessions that promote relaxation and rejuvenation through specific therapies.
FREE TRIAL & "NO SWEAT INTRO"
Take the first step towards a fitter you! Choose between a Free Trial Class (must be local to the area) to experience a workout firsthand, or stop by anytime for a "No Sweat Intro" where you can tour our facility, meet our coaches, and discuss your goals without breaking a sweat. Whichever you choose, we're excited to welcome you to our community!
